Please don't send medical information through the form, email, or WhatsApp. Your clinical information is handled during the consult.

How we use your data

  • To answer your messages and questions.

  • To help you book or change your appointment.

  • To send you reminders about your appointment.

  • To ask you, by email, for a review of your experience (you can ignore it or ask us to stop).

  • To understand, in general terms, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Bookings on Huli Vida

Appointments are booked on the Huli Vida platform. Data you enter there is handled by Huli Vida under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the providers needed to run the site and communicate with you (Squarespace, our email service, and WhatsApp), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described and as required by applicable legal obligations.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable measures to protect your data. No system on the internet is completely foolproof, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights

Under Costa Rica's Law No. 8968, the Law for the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data (Ley de Protección de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales), you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its use by writing to citas@jaimeulloa.com (mailto:citas@jaimeulloa.com).
